The candidate must have passed B.A. with Honours in Economics, OR B.A. with Economics as an elective subject with 50% marks in aggregate. Any other degree awarded by a UGC recognized University/Institution that is equivalent to either of the above mentioned degrees of the Panjab University. Candidate having reappear or compartment at the time of first counseling is not eligible for admission in the course even though he/she clears the reappear or compartment by the time of subsequent round in counseling. |
